Maintain User IDs and Passwords
To maintain or update a user’s ID and password information, complete the following procedures:
1. Log into NIGP.com (user must have Agency Administrator or Department
Administrator privileges). A “User” may only modify or change their own record.
2. Click the Maintain Your Agency’s Users link, found on the Admin Maintenance menu near the left side of the
window.
3. Click the name of the user whose record you wish to modify.
4. Modify or change the Login field information, if needed for the record that is
displayed.
5. Modify or change the Password field information, if needed.
6. Click Change to submit any changes you have made.
