Security Levels
Security Levels
There are three types of users or Security Levels:
· Agency Administrator – The contact person for the agency’s account. The Agency Administrator is able to set up and maintain agency user’s information, as well as search and download the NIGP Code. The Agency
Administrator is the only person who can change the My Version date.
· Department Administrator – This person is able to add or delete other users, as well as search and
download the NIGP Code. (You are not required to have a Department Administrator to
search and download the NIGP Code.)
· User – This person is able only to search and download the NIGP Code.
